RENOVISTA LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17429408), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We operate and serve clients internationally, including in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Name, email address, mobile or telephone number, business name and details, project or service requirements, and billing information where applicable.
IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time on site, referral source, and cookie or tracking identifiers.
Information submitted through our web forms and booking widgets, and records held in our CRM and call-tracking systems, including contact details, quote requests and communication logs.
To provide and deliver our services; to contact you about an enquiry, booking, appointment or account; to send you SMS messages you have consented to receive (see section 3); to operate marketing and lead-generation services; for analytics, diagnostics and service improvement; and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
If you provide your mobile number and tick the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from RENOVISTA LTD.
We do NOT share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or text-messaging originator opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is used solely by RENOVISTA LTD to deliver the messages you consented to receive. The only parties who may process this data are the service providers who operate our messaging platform on our behalf, and they are contractually restricted to that purpose.
Aside from the SMS restriction in section 3, we may share information with service providers who support our business (CRM, hosting, payment processing, analytics), professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
RENOVISTA LTD is a UK company. Your data may be processed in the United Kingdom, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent (including SMS consent) at any time. To exercise any right, contact support@renovistaltd.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
