These Terms govern your use of the website and services of RENOVISTA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17429408), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
“Homeowner” / “you” — any person who submits a request through our website. “Contractor” — an independent home improvement business we introduce you to. “Services” — the home improvement estimate matching and appointment booking service provided by RENOVISTA LTD, together with the lead introduction services we provide to Contractors. “Agreement” — these Terms together with any written order or proposal.
RenoVista is free for homeowners. Contractors pay RENOVISTA LTD for introductions. RENOVISTA LTD does not itself perform construction, renovation or tree work; all work is carried out by independent Contractors.
RENOVISTA LTD operates an SMS programme used to send: (a) transactional and informational messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, booking and account information, service details, responses to support enquiries, and web chat replies; and (b) marketing messages — special offers, discounts, promotions and new service updates, where you have separately consented.
We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in by submitting their mobile number through our online form at https://renovistaltd.com/contact-us and ticking the applicable consent box. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier filtering.
Our SMS programme is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. Please do not opt in if you are under 18.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We introduce homeowners to independent Contractors and arrange estimate appointments. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a Contractor, and we do not guarantee the workmanship, pricing, licensing or insurance of any Contractor — please satisfy yourself before engaging one. For Contractors, results vary by market and we make no guaranteed promise of conversions, revenue or sales unless explicitly stated in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information, communicate in a timely manner, maintain a valid payment method where applicable, respond promptly to leads, and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund.
5.1 Fees (retainers, per-lead fees, software fees and advertising spend) are payable in full as agreed. 5.2 Payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. 5.3 Failed or overdue payments may result in services being paused.
Where a replacement policy applies, replacements are provided at the reasonable discretion of RENOVISTA LTD in line with the agreed terms.
Any dispute must first be raised in writing, followed by a good-faith negotiation period of 14 days, and thereafter mediation before proceedings are commenced.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify RENOVISTA LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or content and data you provide.
All website content, branding, software and materials are the property of RENOVISTA LTD and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate services for breach, abuse or unlawful activity. You may terminate on written notice; outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
